安义中心项目位于中心轴线核心区块，政府核心诉求是打造一处能够体现城市发展与城市特色的标志性综合体，做为生态之城的城市客厅，设计以立体生态理念为启点，以市民广场为基础向上生长延伸，形成不同发展面的立体公园系统，群体交错共生，形成多级变换空间，趣味横生。内部功能涵盖商业中心、市民文化中心、5A级写字楼、城市精品酒店等多种城市高端业态。

The Anyi Center project is located in the core block of the central axis. The core government demand is to create an iconic complex that can reflect urban development and urban characteristics. As an urban living room in an ecological city, the design is based on a three-dimensional ecological concept. The civic square grows and extends upwards on the basis, forming a three-dimensional park system with different development aspects. The groups are intertwined and symbiotic, forming a multi-level transformation space, which is full of fun. The internal functions include commercial centers, civic cultural centers, 5A-level office buildings, urban boutique hotels and other high-end formats.
