南昌市中阳建设集团企业总部位于赣江新区核心位置，坐拥赣江一线江景。项目规模约十万平方，建筑高度为166米，业主方力求打造城市新区标志性建筑，引领城市风貌，体现企业品牌价值。项目以争创“鲁班奖”与“绿色三星”为目标，严格把控各个环节，同时邀请建设部四位专家参与设计评标。最终，合尔建筑从四家国内知名设计公司中脱颖而出，获得方案设计权。

Nanchang Zhongyang Construction Group's corporate headquarters is located at the core of the Ganjiang New District, and enjoys the front-line views of the Ganjiang River. The project scale is about 100,000 square meters and the building height is 166 meters. The owner strives to create iconic buildings in the new urban area, leading the urban style and reflecting the corporate brand value. The project aims to create the "Luban Award" and "Green Samsung", strictly control all links, and invite four experts from the Ministry of Construction to participate in the design evaluation. In the end, Heer Architecture stood out from four well-known domestic design companies and obtained the right to design the solution.
